This company promises verified leads for buyers and sellers who are interested in selling or buying properties. In one entire year, every single lead was unverified the contact information from these leads was fake o simply the lead answered by saying I was just browsing online or I hadn't inquired about any real estate questions.

They got you with the Setschedule platform by the end is nothing different than a FB site for realtors.

The referrals are fake too is always a person contacting you saying that their client in some area wants to acquire property in another state and they are looking for a realtor in that area for a luxury home for over $1M with a bunch of eccentricities. They take your entire money in advance and when you want to cancel the subscription the last very step is not possible, nobody answers the emails or tickets, or simply there is not a valid phone number to speak with a representative.

SCAMMMMM This company is a fraud. They promise verified leads and every single one of them is fake.

On top of it, they don't allow you in the last step of your cancelation process to proceed with the cancelation because the verification code they provided to you in a text message is wrong according to them, therefore you can not continue with the cancellation process. Nobody answers your inquiries and there is not a valid phone call to talk to a representative.

I had established a relationship that I thought would be good, so I turned them onto all 3000 of my agents! I paid per leads a few years back.

Then they contacted me about a flat fee deal and I fell for it hook, line, and sinker. Bad move! It was nothing but crap.

Don't do it. Don't fall for the okie doke.

I want to share my experience with SetSchedule, a lead generation company for realtors based in California, as I believe its crucial for others to be aware of the potential pitfalls. I initially signed up with them, lured by the promise of qualified leads.

Unfortunately, what I received were nothing but recycled, outdated leads that were essentially worthless. I wasted a whole year trying to work with these leads, and despite my better judgment, I gave them a second chance when they reached out to me. This time was even worse.

The leads never answered the phone, and I never received any live calls, which had been promised. The customer service was horrendous; they rarely responded to my inquiries, and when they did, it took weeks to hear back.

I wasn't alone in my frustrationsthere are constant complaints from other agents as well. In fact, the Better Business Bureau shows that SetSchedule has accumulated over 300 complaints in the last three years, with 92 of those in just the past year.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away.

SetSchedule feels like a huge scam, and I wouldnt want anyone else to go through the same disappointment and wasted investment that I did. If youre a realtor looking for reliable leads, I recommend exploring other options to avoid the struggles I faced with this company.

Ive moved on over the $2700 this company stole from me. Im leaving this review to warn the next potential victim.

Im an active realtor with hundreds of closed transactions behind me. Ive used multiple sources for lead generation and SetSchedule is by far the WORST company Ive ever had the misfortune of trying to use. I paid in full for an entire year subscription to their service. Month after month went by with no available leads in my area.

My request for a refund was met with a copy of the terms of service stating youre not getting a refund and you agree not to sue them (they know its coming). Even my request for a charge back from my credit card was denied because too much time had gone by. So basically by the time you realize that they are not giving you what youve paid for its too late to ask for a refund. Oh, And their terms further state if you dont request cancellation IN WRITING 30 days prior to the end of the term, they have the right to charge you again, So most people are probably losing close to $5500 on this before they get out.

Im sadder but wiser. I probably would not bother to leave this review except they will not quit bothering me about coming back for more. Are you kidding me?

My new take on it is every single time they contact me. Im going to take the time to leave a review like this somewhere in hopes that somebody save some money because of it and that eventually they go out of business.

Canceling your account is terrible. The text verification system is not working, so you are stuck and can not cancel. Also, does the customer service phone number work?

I am a real-estate agent that was contacted by SetSchedule for becoming a agent that would be willing to take their leads and pay them a referral fee of 25%. I was fine with the referral fee and specifically asked when they said they needed to speak with me if the 25% was the only fee they said yes.

On the call with the SetSchedule rep today I was told that they charge a membership fee on top of the referral fee. When I told him I felt it was a bait an switch as I had asked that question before the call, he quickly said well its not a good fit goodbye.

He ended the call very abruptly even though I was willing to hear him out he didn't like my comment. I would not do business with this company.

This company sells you on the promise that theyre vetting leads that theyre sending you good quality people that really do want to be invested and involved in real estate. The majority of the you get fake phone numbers nobody actually really trying to contact you when you get a real phone number.

Finally, the people have already been talked to by 50 other agents. They tell you a lot of things that they are doing for you, but you have a better chance of just sitting down with the phone and calling numbers in there, when you try to contact somebody to cancel your subscription, nobody will answer. Nobody will respond to your emails, nobody ever responds. The best part is after you sign up for their subscription.

Their sales department continues to call you and email you and text you for months and months even after youre already one of their subscribers, trying to get you to sign up.

It shows how little organization is actually in that business, the word I use loosely . Its a joke - Dont waste your time or money

Tried to get in touch by email, chat, phone and received NO response.

DO NOT do business with this company. They are a huge SCAM and hopefully, will be out of business soon for the kind of shameful business they run.

"I spoke to a team regarding a test run to determine if their service was a good fit for me. They insisted that I pay, so I provided my card details over the phone for payment processing.

Unfortunately, I didn't like the service and decided to take the loss.

However, I later found out that my card was charged without my approval or consent, and I didn't receive any email notification regarding the charges.

I double-checked my login on their website and found that there was no card on file. I have tried calling and emailing them, but no one has been responding.

Set Schedule reps consistently call and message regarding the lead generation platform. Those same reps are unable to address any customer service or billing related issues.

So when you are ready to sever ties with them for dispute a concern it is impossible to reach the correct person for resolution.

I am at the 3 week point of attempting to speak to a representative regarding a billing issue and have not received a call back or response to my email or messages. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

I tried to cancel the service. Software told me I didn't exist.

Called to handle the situation. Left several messages no one ever answers. Then they charged me for another year and said there is no refund. There are no leads.

The software stopped working. NOT EVEN WORTH CONSIDERING!!

Don't do any of the things they say they do, bait and switch, charge you without telling you anything, absolutely a terrible company.

Paid upfront for nothing. Spoke with Toby Doyle and was assured this was the right platform for a Referral Program where you paid a portion of your commission at closing.

Never heard back from Toby once I signed and paid the upfront fee.

Was able to negotiate a lesser fee than the over $2K fee they wanted.

Terrible leads and not one warm lead transferred to me. This company is typical of the lead generation scams out there that take upfront fees from agents and produce nothing.

Buyer Beware if you speak with them. Also, a network to sell other than real estate, and you can find these comments in reviews!, stay away!
